Yesterday was my first visit to RhiDesign hair & I was not disappointed. The atmosphere of the salon was friendly, professional & happy. I was made to feel very welcome. Communication was excellent between all team members & clients. Jada (sorry I think was my hairdresser, bad memory 🙄) was lovely & asked lots of questions of me to ensure we were on the same page with my very over due hairstyle. I left 100% happy and will definitely be back, i have been searching for a salon were I would be eager to return to for ages and now I have found it 😁 They even honoured the first time visit 20% off offer, which was an absolute bonus.

Booking system was straightforward and not impossible to get an appointment a week out. The team was friendly and efficient . I wasn’t left waiting; and offered a coffee on arrival. I didn’t really know what I wanted done to my hair but the stylist nailed it. I am so happy with my subtle highlights and Natural blend. The most important part of the process was maintaining my hair’s integrity and health which was achieved. The price was so reasonable and was happy with the service. Will definitely be back again next time.

I called Rhianna out of the blue at the busiest time of year, desperate for a haircut and somehow she managed to find me a spot the night before Xmas Eve, having never met me before! I was met with a warm smile, guided to a relaxing massage chair at the basin, given an even longer head massage and a glass of wine to end the busiest year. Beautiful atmosphere, Rhi the owner introduced herself to me, she spoke with me and my young daughter and made us feel included. When I had my hair cut, I was listened to on what I wanted, and walked out feeling amazing. 10/10 recommend.
